Important information regarding the login

To protect your data, 2-factor authentication is required. The login procedure consists of two factors. The 2-factor authentification increases the security of your account. Factor one is the password. Factor two is the use of the authenticator.
The Authenticator app generates security codes on your smartphone for the secure login in two steps. So, in addition to your password, you need the 6-digit security code generated by the Authenticator app on your smartphone.
During the registration of your My Care Concept customer account, you also received 8-digit backup codes that you wrote down/ saved. If you no longer have access to your Authenticator app, you can also log in to the customer account using one of these 8-digit backup codes.
