How to delete your account in the My Care Concept customer portal:
If you would like to delete your account in the My Care Concept customer portal, please log in with your access data and go to the "Settings" section. At the bottom of the page, you can submit a form to delete your account.
This will delete your account in the My Care Concept customer portal. No data from your account in the My Care Concept customer portal is stored in the app.

If you want to delete the Care Concept billing app from your cell phone (iPhone), place your finger on the app on the home screen, tap on "Remove app" and then on "Delete app" to delete it from your iPhone.
This will delete the Care Concept invoice app and all associated data. We do not store any other data from you.
Android
If you want to delete the Care Concept billing app from your cell phone (Android), place your finger on the app icon on the home screen, tap on "App info", then on "Uninstall" and then on "OK" to delete it from your cell phone.
